Disc Pump
ZDC Disc Pump is is a type of non-plugging pump which pump the liquid of big particle without any impact. Due to its special function, it can operates in the harsh conditions more reliable, superior, more economical and more efficient. Most important is no destroy to the media.
Suitable for conveying low viscosity (1-500 cps) of the medium , particles containing particles which need to be protected from destruction and media that should be soft transported and not fit for high impact.
We get two types of disc pump,one is for chemical industry, one is for food grade.
- Chemical:Cotton pulp, wood pulp containing various Fiber. Media should be soft transport and the media should not fit for high impact and Sewage waste
- Food Grade : beverage with pulps, water with beans ,etc.

The flat vane pump is not centrifugal pump, displacement pump, gear pump or vane pump. With its unique structure, it is the optimal combination of performance of traditional pump and pump technology for severe working conditions.
- No radial load
The flat vane pump adopts the latest patented technology, which has not been used in any other pump. The flat vane pump makes full use of the natural force of boundary flow layer and viscous driving.
- No impact
The boundary flow layer is the boundary where the fluid molecules are gathered, which will rotate according to the flat vane; it can create a natural and protective buffer area that can separate the pump cavity from the liquid.
- No pulse
Through viscous pulling, the fluid will smoothly pass through the pump cavity without the occurrence of impact. The boundary layer will absorb and pull the excessive the fluid molecules into the parallel fluid.
- Smooth sheet flow
It is the basic principle of viscous pulling; the flat pump can smoothly pull the fluid medium out of the flat vane to the outlet in sheet from without the occurrence of eddy current and shaking flow.
