APPLICATION
BM TYPE HIGH SHEAR MIXER is installed at the bottom of the tank . It is wildly used for dispersion, emulsifying, homogenization and disintegration of solids with liquid in the tank. The application of bottom high shear homogenizer is normally for food grade industry,beverage,diary, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and fine chemistry industries.
The High speed running will suck solid and liquid into the clearance of rotor and stator ,and get high sheared . Which can shearing up to 100 microns.
BM-C type is customized for circulation mixing.
