FBM HIGH SHEAR BATCH MIXER is installed at the top of the tank . It is wildly used for dispersion, emulsifying, homogenization and disintegration of solids with liquid in the tank. Application for food grade industry,beverage,diary, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and fine chemistry industries.
The High speed running will suck solid and liquid into the clearance of rotor and stator ,and get high sheared . Which can shearing up to 100 microns.
