Inline high shear mixer or emulsifying pump
APPLICATION
ZIM high shear inline mixer is also called as emulsifying pump. It is used for mixing,homogenizing,and emulsifying the solid with liquid inline.Mainly applicated for the production of ophthalmologic or contact lens solutions, syrups, pill coatings, creams, lotions and injection products.
CIP and SIP structure design make the ZIM inline mixer can meet very high strict hygienic request for pharmaceutical industry.
ZIM-1 Means there are one set rotor and stator inside the inline mixer
ZIM-2/3 mean there are 2 or 3 sets rotors and stators in side the inline mixer.
The more sets mean faster and much better emulsifying effect.
